Why can't I send email to anyone other than myself?

Click the Tools menu, and select E-mail Accounts...

Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and click Next

Select your the email account and click Change...

Click on More Settings...

Click on the Outgoing Server tab and make sure the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox is checked.
