How do I configure Outlook XP/2003 to check my POP3 email?

1. Click the Tools menu, and select E-mail Accounts...
   
   
2. Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next
   
   
3. Select POP3 and click Next
   
   
4. Fill out the Your Name and E-mail Address fields with your personal information. Your Name should be the name you want displayed when people receive an email from you.
   
   
5. Fill out the Logon Information and Server Information fields with data from your welcome email. Your User Name and Password are the same you use to log into webmail. Make sure the Remember Password checkbox is checked.
   
   
6. Click on More Settings...
   
   
7. Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox.
   
   
8. Click OK
   
   
9. Click Test Account Settings... and ensure all tests complete successfully
   
   
10. Click Next
    
    
11. Click Finish
