Select Tools
If you have the option to select Accounts then skip to Email setup with accounts option below
If you have the option to select Services then continue below
Email setup with services option
- Select Add button to display the add service profile box.
If you are prompted to Set up a new email account then skip to First time email setup below
- Choose the Internet email option
- Press OK to add services
- Once the service has been added, close the dialogue box
- Exit outlook. Note: You may have to reboot windows.
- Select tools
- Then select services
- Select the service that you just created
- Click on the properties button to display the general tab of the properties dialog
- Fill out the Name and E-mail Address fields with your personal information. Name should be the name you want people to see when they receive an email from you.
- Click the apply button
- Click on the servers tab
- Fill out the Server Information and Incoming Mail Server fields with data from your welcome email. Your User Name and Password are the same you use to log into webmail. Make sure the Remember Password checkbox is checked.
- Check the box called my server requires authentication.
- Click OK
- Click on apply.
- Click on connections tab.
- Put a check mark into I will establish my Internet connection manually
- Click on apply
- Click on OK
- Shut down outlook
- Then restart it
- Finally click 'Send/Recv' to test your new Email account, and receive any mail
First time email setup
- Select Internet only
- Enter your name as you would like displayed when people receive an email from you in the Display Name field
- Click Next
- Enter your email address in the e-mail address field
- Click Next
- Select POP3
- Fill out the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server fields with data from your welcome email.
- Click Next
- Enter your user name into Account Name field and your password into the Password field from your welcome email. Your Account Name and Password are the same you use to log into webmail. Make sure the Remember Password checkbox is checked.
- Click Next
- Click on I will establish a connection to the internet manually
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Select Tools

Email setup with accounts option
If you are prompted to Set up a new email account then skip to First time email setup above
- Go to tools
- Select Accounts
- Select Mail
- Select the service you just created
- Click Properties
- Click on Servers
- Fill out the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server fields with data from your welcome email.
- Enter your user name into Account Name field and your password into the Password field from your welcome email. Your Account Name and Password are the same you use to log into webmail. Make sure the Remember Password checkbox is checked.
- Put a check in My server requires authentication.
- Click OK, Apply or Close as required on all open boxes
- Finally click "Send/Recv" to test your new Email account, and to receive any mail. You may have to close outlook and go back into it to get it to work.
