- Click the Tools menu and select Accounts...
- Click on Add and select Mail...
- Enter your name as you would like displayed when people receive an email from you in the Display Name field
- Click Next
- Enter your email address in the E-mail address field
- Click Next
- Select POP3
- Fill out the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server fields with data from your welcome email.
- Click Next
- Enter your user name into Account Name field and your password into the Password field from your welcome email. Your Account Name and Password are the same you use to log into webmail. Make sure the Remember Password checkbox is checked.
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click the Tools menu and select Accounts...
- Select the Mail tab
- Select the Account you just created and click Properties
- Select the Servers tab
- Click a check into the My server requires authentication checkbox
- Click OK
